Stir 1 tsp turmeric-latte mixture (about 2 g) into 250 ml (vegetable) milk, heat and sweeten to taste. Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): 1 teaspoon turmeric paste * in 250 ml (vegetable) milk stir and heat, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste. * Turmeric paste: combine 1 heaped tablespoon (about 8 g) turmeric-latte mixture with 30 ml of water, stir and bring to a simmer until a paste is formed. Store paste in the refrigerator.
